VAC banned by Process Hacker

HI,

I found this interesting bug/glitch on the newest release; it didn't happened before.I cannot leave Process Hacker opened anymore, without getting VAC kicks every 30 minutes.I already know it's not Windows's or external software fault, since I already checked everything. After closing Process Hacker, the VAC just stopped the random kicks.The error message from the VAC is: "Either an issue with your computer is blocking the VAC system or you are unable to maintain a stable connection to the VAC system. You cannot play on secure servers."What is actually causing this strange behavior?

Any help will be apprecited.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
